What counts as a page?: One page of a PDF you convert. A second look at a page that did not add up is free, and so is a page that turns out to hold no statement rows (a cover letter or the terms).
What if a statement does not reconcile?: Sheetfold names the rows to compare with the page and shows that page beside them. You fix or confirm them in a few clicks, and the balances are checked again.
Can I cancel?: Any time, in billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused monthly pages do not carry over; pack pages last 12 months.
Do prices include VAT?: The price at checkout is the final price; no VAT is added. Prices are shown in US dollars, and you pay in euros or pounds where that is your currency.
