Sheetfold

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 October 2026 · Questions: support@sheetfold.app

The short version

  • Sheetfold turns bank and credit card statement PDFs into spreadsheets and checks every row against the balances the statement prints. It is free to use for now.
  • Check the rows Sheetfold flags before you rely on a result. Your bookkeeping stays your responsibility.
  • Upload only statements you are allowed to share, and do not abuse the service.

1. Who we are

Sheetfold is provided by:

DAVOS TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L.
Str. Sg. Constantin Moise nr. 5D, bl. 2, sc. 2, ap. B5, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania
Company number J2024018787003 · Tax ID (CUI) 50480681
Email: support@sheetfold.app

By using Sheetfold you agree to these terms. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

2. What Sheetfold does

Sheetfold reads each page with an AI model, then proves the result against the statement’s own balances and totals. "Reconciled" means every printed balance agreed with the rows. "Needs a look" names the rows to compare with the page. "Read, but not proven" means the statement printed nothing to check against.

Results can still contain mistakes, especially where a statement prints no balances. Check a result before you use it for accounting, tax or a loan application. Sheetfold is not financial, tax or legal advice.

3. Use and limits

No account is needed. A file can have up to 25 MB and 60 pages, and the number of pages one visitor can send per minute is limited so the service stays available for everyone.

We may change or end the free service, or add paid plans. Paid plans and their prices will be described here before they are offered.

4. Your files

Upload only statements you have the right to use: your own, or ones you handle for a client with their permission. Your files and results remain yours. We use them only to convert them, and problem reports only to fix the reading.

5. Fair use

You may not:

  • access our API other than through the website, or get around its limits;
  • overload, attack or disrupt the service;
  • upload files you have no right to, or use Sheetfold for anything illegal.

If you do, we can block your access.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Sheetfold running, but it can be unavailable or change. It is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on results you did not check.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts of Bucharest, unless the law lets you go to the courts where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and then change the date at the top. Changes apply from the day they are published.
